These plants are designed for all industrial wood pellet users including schools, hospitals and prison complexes.

Our wood pellet plants are offered either as turn-key constructed projects or as design-build projects with the Buyers providing local contract builders and installers. Our employees supervise installation and provide start-up training for Buyers' plant operators. Renewable Biomass Fuels

Earth Care Products, Inc. can formulate your biomass materials, including dedicated energy crops, into fuel for your own use — or for outside sales — at significant savings. If you need a solid fuel formulated to specifications, we can help there too.

We can also supply the solid fuel needed for use with our line of burners and boilers or your own combustion equipment. We also develop projects for conversion of solid biomass wastes into usable fuel streams.

Biomass-Fueled Boiler Pre-Drying

We have designed and installed numerous systems that utilize boiler exhaust gases for lowering the moisture content of the boiler fuel. We can use the boiler exhaust gases alone or blend the boiler exhaust gases with a small portion of the biomass combustion gases to increase boiler efficiency and steam capacity.

Biomass from Hazardous Fuels Reduction
