Earth Care Products, Inc. control system engineers design, build and implement the controls for our dryer and burner systems. We provide plant-wide controls for our customers' plant requirements, including:

• System Flow and P&ID Drawings and Design and Electrical Schematic Drawings.
• Fully pre-wired control panels.
• HMI interfaces including graphics design with panel view screen controls or PC-based controls.
• PLC ladder logic design and implementation, complete with pre-wired panels.
• System control device integration, including combustion, temperatures, VFD drive controls, speed sensors, level detection, motor loads.
• Motor Control Centers, including Soft Starts and VFD's.
• Field start-up and training services.
• Remote VPN (virtual private network) for ECPI remote viewing of customer controls for programming updates and operational design review for system optimization.
