The CycloClean Burner

The CycloClean Burner is a vertical cyclonic suspension burner designed for solid fuels such as wood, bagasse, and other non-hazardous dry wastes. This burner is available from 10 to 70 million Btu/hr or more, as a single or multiple unit, and our control systems offer precise flow and temperature control. We offer adjustable combustion air and fuel delivery for better turn-down. Combustion air enters the burner through an external jacket to limit heat loss. Earth Care Products, Inc. has the ability to deliver heat to multiple process users from one burner; no other comparable burner system is capable of this.

ACTOF Burner

The ACTOF (Ablazing Clean Torrefied Organic Fuel) burner is a horizontal cyclonic suspension unit for pulverized torrefied wood and sander dust-sized solid fuels of less than 1mm. The durability of these burners is outstanding. Many units have been operating 24 hours a day, 360 days a year, for over 28 years without a major overhaul. These non-slagging burners offer state-of-the-art temperature controls to maintain combustion temperatures below the ash fusion temperatures of the fuel. These burners offer push-button lighting and flame safeguard controls.

When using biomass fuels for combustion, the emissions are considered greenhouse gas neutral, since the biomass takes in more Carbon Dioxide in its life than it gives off during combustion. Permitting of these burners is not challenging and controlled staged combustion prevents slagging and NOx formation.
